This Temp / pressure Guage is for a Raypak Boiler and has what seems to be a 3/8 pipe thread but it is a finer thread with O ring. Anyone have an idea where I can find a replacement?

Check to see if it's not a 1/2" thread.

If so, something like this should work....

It's called a Tridicator. You can search online for the size you need.

I searched on line. It is not half inch. Thanks to Huron Valley who told me it was no longer made and the goofy 3/8 inch fine thread with an O ring actually screws into a special bushing that is 1/2" on the other side so I should be able to remove the bushing and then use a 1/2 NPT.

Won't you need to plug the old one? Or maybe you can drill and tap it to 3/8" or 1/2" NPT.

What Huron says and have not made in depth study yet is the Raypak unit has 1/2" female pipe thread opening into which a Bushing is screwed that was 1/2" male pipe thread to the 3/8" female whatever thread the old Guage used, so the bushing is simply unscrewed and new Guage screwed into the hole in the unit.
