Yeah all our pvc sprung a leak within 5 years.. It swells a little at 200psi and the bracket being tight around the vessel protrudes or wears into the pvc and cracks it.
I've built that system up to 4 membranes over the years. Each vessle is different. Of the 4 I have the clamp model Mep linked is my favorite.

I really don't see how.. These are reputable vessels. Its 4×40, pretty hard to mess up. Never had a problem with that exact one linkes above, ordered from dultmier. Its 10 years old now and considered my best.
I guess you may be able to find USA made ones for triple the cost.
