Need ideas on finishing retrofit of new meter boxes

Folks, I am retrofitting new stainless steel meter boxes into my 25-year-old poured concrete pedestals. Can you help me brainstorm on some ideas on trimming out around the boxes?

If you could supply pics of your idea (if used in real life), it would be very helpful!

I've seen someone do what you're doing - they bricked around the column and the boxes up to the roof.
