Need help on a fitting

I need a fitting for my ancient Futura SSA. I don’t know if it’s a universal or not but not sure what it’s called.

Hard to tell because I'm not familiar with Futura, but it's definitely a swivel made by SuperSwivel. If it's 1/2" then it looks like this one:
