Need help in Colorado!!!

I have a car wash in Buena Vista Colorado. We have an automatic OPW LaserWash and 3 self service bays. We just made the biggest mistake and installed a Hamilton Gold Line Pay Station a few months ago on the automatic with CryptoPay and CryptoPay taps and card reader in the self service bays. We have had nothing but problems with the system. We purchased the equipment from AutoAutoWash and they can't figure it out. I need to find someone that knows about this system does good work in the area.

What’s the problem? Those are two bullet proof systems…Hamilton and Cryptopay.

i have that setup coupled to a newer razor wash. goldline is 20 yeas old and works flawlessly. i've had a few components go bad over the years, but all repairs were easy and straightforward.

what was the problem and what fixed it? your original post was very vague and you never mentioned the actual problem. part of what makes this forum useful is having a collective knowledge base that contributes advice and instruction to aid others in repairing the equipment we all use to make money and earn a living.

It will only serve the purpose of adding to this problem- solving atmosphere if you take the time to state your original issue and its solution. that way, this community of car wash professionals may benefit.
