need help ASAP - dilling harris ss's

I need some help! My dilling harris ss boxes say err. It was one now two. I also had a breakage. That puts 3 of my 5 ss's outof business. Help. How do I get the "err" to go away? I have tried all sorts of combinations of reset.

Have you tried to reprogram the boxes?
Also check the two wires at bottom of box and make sure they are grounded, these are to shut meter down if they get wet.

The boxes say Err no matter what. I can disconnect the power then when they come on and power cycle, they say Err. I cannot reprogram them because they say Err.

Can you exchange the display board with a good board and see if the problem goes w the board, if no try the sound board if problem still there it must be with the watrebuster or the control board in eq. room.

Had touchless Boards repaired recently by these people, they do them for Dilling & Harris and will deal directly with customers.

dbrewer, I think you are missing the point. Many of the people here have been calling them. They are basically inept. Don't seem to know how to design, build, and provide service. I suspect they have been called many things by the postings here.

grant has a tech. named Michael, he has been of help to me in the past don't know if he is still there but he is the only one I have talked to that knows anything about there eq.
