Need help/advice replacing a cam lock for a vacuum

Hey there everyone, i have a vacuum that we have lost the key for its a gem cam lock. Do you guys recommend cutting the lock off with a dremel and a small cutting wheel, or can it be drilled out? I posted a screenshot of the lock off kleenrite im looking to replace it with
