Any Nayax users can share what customers see on the credit card statement. My system shows
Nayax Air 2 Hunt Valley Md. I use for bays and vacuum. I believe this is confusing.

Ask Nayax to change it to what you wish it to say. They do/have done that for me.

1 wash says (Nayax vend, followed by my business name) other says (auto car wash). I think Nayax always starts out showing nayax vend Hunt Valley MD until you request a change. My very 1st vpos at a wash showed (candy vend) needless to say I instantly had customers questioning that. When you call Nayax enter the q and have them call you. It is exhausting listening to the same recording for hours.

I have to back up a bit on that. Just swiped a card at 1 wash and it shows Nayax wash, Hunt valley Md. It is possible to get the type of vend correct from Nayax, but I think you have to process thru Heartland to get the full business name on customer side, with an additional cost. I will check and reply here.
