Anyone have a proper contact at Nayax? We had a touch device go bad. They refused to offer advanced replacement even thought they have done it for us for years and did one just the week before for a different location. We sent the device in, then crickets. Called multiple times. They said wait 2-4 weeks. We waited and after 5 weeks they asked for tracking information (shows they can't find it). We sent them the UPS tracking information showing it was delivered 5 weeks ago. Since then crickets. We call daily and they have no information. No reply to our emails. Tempted to rip them all out and go to Cryptopay.
