NAYAX IS ABSOLUTE TRASH

Anyone have a proper contact at Nayax? We had a touch device go bad. They refused to offer advanced replacement even thought they have done it for us for years and did one just the week before for a different location. We sent the device in, then crickets. Called multiple times. They said wait 2-4 weeks. We waited and after 5 weeks they asked for tracking information (shows they can't find it). We sent them the UPS tracking information showing it was delivered 5 weeks ago. Since then crickets. We call daily and they have no information. No reply to our emails. Tempted to rip them all out and go to Cryptopay.
 
We have had advanced replacement in the past as well, but I still wouldn't be without spares, we have about 35 in service and they are important to our daily business.

I have had multiple issues with a specific support guy there and have basically just hung up and tried again to get another support agent
 
We would have several spares if we had 35 lol. Its just 3 vacs and a vending machine, so nothing critical. We have called daily and spoken to different agents with no luck.
