Nanobubble Generators - Technology Review After Trial

Question for WashbayCowboy25. "You stated that you are running the sub-pump in you RO tank for two hours during each tank turn." My Question Did you just hook the nanobubbler (Shaft) to the sub-pump and just recirculating the RO water in the tank. I assume the nanobubbles go away when the water sits in the tank?

Wanted to give another update since I have gone fully down the worm-hole of nanobubbles (be careful, it is addicting and you might spend way too much money 
). I ended up getting a trial unit in March of the CRS NanoSoft water softener replacement for my wash after I bought a unit for my pool from the guy at CRS. I don't have super hard water but I hate messing with salt. Pretty cool to see the evolution of the devices. When I first bought my units everything was fully DIY and poorly explained. They sent me the NanoSoft and it came in a nice box with all the parts and fittings I needed to set it up and install manal. Goes on my main water line and infuses my whole car wash with nanobubbles. The guy also gave me a shower unit as a gift and my wife claims her hair is now softer (but I cannot tell a difference to be honest). Not sure if it is the nanosoft or because I now have three nanobubble generators on my wash, but have noticed algae is gone from my bay floors. Have been running now for a couple months with no water softener and my RO machine is performing slightly better than before (my TDS was 6 and now it fluctates between 4 and 5--hoping to get some more life out of the filters). I am putting a little more soap on the cars too because the hard nanobubble water rinses way better and no soap spotting with better coverage from more soap.

Quite interesting.
You system is apparently using the existing water and the existing dissolved gas in the water, and thru the process it appears to be 'breaking' the bubbles up up even smaller. I'd imagine connecting an airline ahead of the device and 'injecting some air' would increase your dissolved air (which of course algae and bacteria despise).
It is interesting idea that some chem manufacturers might look into this application as the added air would seem to aid in the chemical cleaning processes. As this takes off, chem manufactuers might offer chems specifically formulated to take advantage of the nano-bubbles in the cleaning process. Janitors have used similiar process/system to inject ozone into the water as it flowed into the cleaning buckets, as the dissolved air disinfects and kill bacteria on hospital cleaning surfaces (floors, walls, counters, sinks, etc).
Keep an eye on your downstream pumps, valves, and any chem venturies/metering valves, maybe track if the downstream devices are lasting longer due to the consistency of the fluid flow, or if they are failing faster with the added air causing downstream cavitation events.

I have one installed on one of my two identical roll-over bays. You're welcome to come look and see if you can determine which side it is on.

Simoniz now handles distribution for CRS. There certainly is a Simoniz rep in Central TX.
How does that help weather to decide if this is BS or not. Do you have separate water meters? Can you show us the separate water bills? Im guessing not.

Hi Blanco--Guessing Wash Master is probably using a "Gen 1" CRS nanobubble generator on the chemical pannel or fork. There is no water savings, just improved wash quality, improved foaming, drier cars, etc. If your goal is water savings, need to use a NanoSoft as a replacement for the water softener. Has nothing to do with water consumption, nor do I believe there are any claims to reduced water consumption. I'm experimenting for soap appearance.

Question: if the water is no longer "soft", how does it foam better & clean better?
