I am trying to estimate my monthly operating expenses and was using the car wash magazine industry averages..
What would you budget for this setup?
Equipment: (all brand new)
-6 bay SS
-2 IBA (Belanger Kondor Flight and Istobal M Wash Pro)
-6 SS vacuums. (all brand new GinSan)
-2 Hamilton HTK Pay Kiosks
My list is based on the expenses below, curious is anyone can weigh in for comparison? I am located south east Michigan
Also I have
-lawn cutting/snow removal
-property taxes, insurance
-camera/security system
-Hamilton POS ($250 gold and app)
-Credit Card 2.5% fee?
