Monex Outage

Was anyone else impacted by the MONEX card reader outage this week? We've been down for nearly 5 days now due to a bad software update.

I talked to a guy in Texas Wednesday, that was having issues with his readers. I just texted him and he said all of his were back working fine.

Ours are back "online" and able to take payments but they're not sending pulses / latching the relays etc

Are you using Led 7 or 6 timers? Just curious if the pulse setting may have gotten changed to a constant signal. If that was the case and you are using those timers, they should say “Coin” on the timer.

VACs are on LED6. Bays are using MONEX as the timer and WS2 isnt sending any pulses
