We have GT 300. After maintenace the wash would not restart. CMI error code f30 which is low water presoak htr. The heater is full and the plc x26 input is on which is normal. Some how the CMI thinks it is low but it is not and PLC input confirms. Lowered level and the fill worked fine.

Suggestions?

It is probably the float switch in the bottom of the presoak tank. The bottom float switch looks just like the top one but it is turned upside down. This way when it runs low the float drops and shuts down your machine. It can go bad just from the water temp.

This is a head scratcher, since the light should be off to throw an F-3-0 code.

The float switch is new and light should be off for low level but it is not. Still chasing.

We had been trouble shooting the pre heater thermostat and put one wire back one terminal off. Embarassing.
