Micro coin acceptor

Having problems with my micro coin acceptor. It will take dollar coins but not quarters. Can you clean them ? Thanks.

I'm assuming you are talking about the QL. It won't open up like a clam, but it's not much trouble to clean. I use a window towel, like a wetnap type towel. I just thread it through the bottom and run it back and forth like floss. If it still doesn't work, try programming a quarter in an unused position.
