We have one location currently, and looking to get a second. If anyone knows of anything in the Northern/Mid Michigan area, let me know.
There are 2 on the market currently, generating $85k-$110k annually (small) that are asking over $750k - people are either really wild or not really looking to sell.

This would be way out of your area, but there is a car wash for sale in Decatur Michigan (Lower Southwest). Its small with two self serve bays and an older Superwash automatic. The owner passed away and his wife owns it. Looking to sell. the price is no where near $750k.
