Meter Box Facelift

I have some older JE Adams boxes in place with the left-side Crypto swiper. It would be financially savvy for me to put on a new sticker and add the tap-to-pay on the right side. I am needing help to locate new stickers, change out the 8 switch to ten switch rotary dial and a new timer. So far, I am seeing that the information is too limited to put this together. My goal is to add air dryers and triple foam to the options, and the new switch will get me where I need to be for this project.
Thanks
DS

* Before you buy anything expensive, make sure you have extra signal wires for the new services in your bay box or that you can easily pull new ones.
* Pull the faceplates and buff them out. Note: If you use a regular wire brush it will leave behind tiny bits of metal and they will rust within days.
* Replace your LED 7 box -part here
* Replace the decals -example here
* Change your 1942, B-17 🛩️ radio knobs to something newer -example here
* Replace your coin cup -example here
* Raise your price and get away from quarters
* If this isn't for you, get a soft chair with lots of smelling salts and start shopping for new coinboxes

(I have a similar setup and was able to put the Tap Plus in between the coin entry and coin reject slots)
Good luck and keep us posted.

I appreciate those specific items to purchase as I try to get out of Mom's basement and stop playing the piano at the local cathouse. I can add the tap-to-pay on the side, and it should move those coin users in the right direction.

As I understand it, Crypto Tap is an obsolete item.
Even if you can find some, why pay $430 for a soon to be deleted device and another side box? ($350 + $80)
Add tap Plus for $500, delete the swipe, use the old side box or delete the side box and mount it on your face plate.
The LED show is pretty nice at night.

That is helpful on which one is needed. To be honest I was thinking it had to go on the external box verses on the faceplate. Do these boxes clean up well with scrubbing and buffing? That reminds me of that song Loving, Touching and Buffing from Journey that made them famous.
