Membership Plan pricing advice

Pricing looks good to me, Steve. As others mentioned, I would go limited. I used 15 with my last site but if I were to do it again, I'd limit to 8. We had Dencar and abuse was minimal and sending them the exception message was effective in getting them to add other vehicles.

Dude, wish I had purchased Hamilton before getting locked into Dencar world, ugh. So dumb.

Can you tell me why you feel that way? I have a commander and getting ready to start using more effectively. Other local guys use Dencar, makes me think I took the wrong path.

I see where the attorney general in Colorado took Cobblestone car wash in Denver to task over how they ran their membership program. Guess it heads up on the rules in your state as well as pricing.

Delta Sonic has a procedure when there is a rate increase where you are notified by email/text but also at the entry gate. So when you drive up for a wash if there will be an increase in the next 30 days, you have to acknowledge the notification at the terminal. If you are getting your first wash since an increase, you also have to acknowledge that at the terminal before the gate will go up. Not sure if this is common practice or not since I don’t offer memberships but they seem to protect themselves pretty well from accusations of non-disclosure.

It seems the obvious options for clubs at in Bays are: Dencar , Hamilton or Everwash . I would rather own the customers even if I need to buy the Technology. But I have several conveyor friends who love Everwash .

ICS is a good option too. We have used Everwash in the past, we currently have Hamilton at one location and ICS at another. Everything is a trade off. Also depends on your wash setup, and how much money & effort it will take to implement.
