Mark VII on Presoak Cycle

Just going to throw this out there and see if anyone has any ideas as to what’s causing it…..The tech told me he couldn’t do anything about it…

I have a Mark 7 and when it’s applying the presoak it will do the front as it should but then on the back of the vehicle the boom comes down and just sits there for minutes and then it will eventually come back up and move back up to the front of the vehicle and begin washing as it should….

The tech checked to make sure it’s receiving the signal when the boom is down so it knows to come back up and it is….All the air valves are fine as well....

Does it actually stay there for "minutes" as you say. It is my understanding that the boom has 30 seconds to find bottom. If it doesn't find it within the 30 seconds it will return to top and proceed with the wash.

I went and watched it today....it's 1 minute to a little over 1 minute....I would say that it started doing it about a month or so ago....I just haven't had time to post it to the forum....
