Has anybody heard of replacing the turbo nozzles to self serv nozzles on a gt-300 ? I run reclaim and its chewing up the nozzles. Somebody mentioned on this forum i beleive that you can convert the turbo nozzles to put self-serv tips on them, thanks.
It shouldn't be much trouble to attatch the nozzles, but I think you would have a heck of a time getting good coverage. If your manifolds have female pipe fittings you should be able to just get the proper pipe adapter quite easily to adapt them to a 1/8" or 1/4" nozzle. If it is male British pipe (the kind with an o-ring) you will need adapt from the male BP to standard pipe stuff. McMaster-Carr has some BP stuff, you should be able to come up with what you want.
I take the guts out of the rotating nozzle tap the end with an 1/8th pipe tap and screw in a nozzle. The new stainless steal nozzles seem to be working fine and last a lot longer.
