I recently installed a used m5 that was running when I removed it.
The unit stared and run great.
About a week after we installed it on a Sunday it went haywire
Every node had a com error and the door kept going up and down.
I disconnected every cat 5 line and re-connected them. And did a test 90. Everything seemed to be ok
The next few days I kept getting a pump node com error. I swapped the cat 5 line and restarted everything. We were good for a few hours.
PDQ did some reconfigurations and we thought it was fixed. This Monday, ( about 7 days after the first round it did it again.
Put the unit in maintenance mode and did test 90. All good
Pdq suggestions was disconnected it from the internet .
One other note. Sometimes it will not come out of maintenance mode , it will show a red X in bay and it is out of maintenance mode but will not operate. Basically the horn doesn’t honk and the bridge doesn’t move to the home position.
Anyone have an idea
