LW4000 rotates too early at the front of the car, causing an impact to the vehicle.

I’m having an issue that’s now become a daily occurrence where the machine will lose its position and rotate too soon striking the front of the car.

It was happening only on the first high-pressure pass as it moved across the front of the car, back and forth with bug prep enabled but now it’s happening on the first pre-soak pass too.

It’s rotating early as it moves across the front of the car, pauses at the passenger front bumper corner and then moves a bit and then rotates thinking it’s on the drivers side already to move down the drivers side of the car and impacts the car.

I’m thinking of trying to bypass the left limit Prox switch festoon wire next.
X30 prox and festoon cable is bypassed already.

Any ideas or suggestions would be very appreciated!
