lw4000 plc isn't controlling doors

Entrance and exit doors won't operate through the PLC, but work when manually powered. Confirmed input 44 and 45, but Y50-53 output LED won't illuminate when commanded ON.

Could this be a bad PLC output board, or is something preventing the PLC from triggering it? Anyone experienced this?

Is there a certain temperature setting in the settings, that temp must be below before doors work? (I am not familiar with set up on lw4000)

I have the plc set to "no door control" to override the temp setting
