The solenoid valve that controls presoak got stuck open and chemical was running constantly into the bay. However the rinse tank also was full of purple presoak. How does it both drain into the bay and reverse up the cold water hose into the holding tank? One very angry customer tried to rinse off the $*** as he called the purple water and complained the car wash smelled like a BLEEP BLEEP Sewer. Very angry this morning that man. When I asked if he wanted a refund he hung up. Anyway I took the solenoid off and put it back on and it seems to be working fine. For now...
