Low Pressure Final Rinse Pump Making Heck of a Noise

So my Final Rinse is a Goulds Booster Pump 7gbs1014r4. It all the sudden became very loud. Does this mean its on its way out. What should I try/check. Looks like they are around $1600.00?

They're pretty simple to rebuild. What's making the noise, the pump or the motor? The motor on mine got noisy and had to be replaced.

Doesn't seem super simple, seems like it might be a sealed unit.

I always found it easier and less time consuming to just buy new and be done with it. Ive never had any luck rebuilding those booster pumps. Ive seen them get rebuilt then die out few years later. Better off just buying new IMO. I also do not deal with them as much as RO guys do. You should message Buckeye hydro and get his opinion on what you should. Maybe he will even see this and chime in.

That is what I ended up doing. I found the motor for anywhere between 450/550 so figured it was just smarter to replace it. Hope all goes well, thanks!
