Lost pressure on cat 310

I lost pressure on my car 310 pump for my SS bay after the contractor took a dive. Got the contractor replaced, checked voltage, checked amps on the motor, and ohms on the motor (in case something happens to the electric motor) and all that checked out. Turned the motor on after replacing the contactor and I was lucky to get to 200psi on the old pump. After some testing, seemed like everything pointed to a bad pump. Replaced pump and now I still have the same issue.

I cleaned the tank screens, checked hoses about half way out to the bay for blockage, nothing. New unloader and new check valve on pump. Nothing has changed.

Has anyone had an issue like this? If so, how and what did you do to fix it? I’m new to the car wash world and learning fast. But this has me baffled.

One quick test I learned early on from these forums:
1. remove the HP hose going out to the bay at the the pump.
2. Hook up a bay hose and gun assembly directly to the pump and check pressure.
This quickly eliminates a lot of stuff down stream to help diagnose where the issue is.
