looking to purchase

I was referred to this forum by a friend. Does anyone have other ideas for additional resources? I've identified a potential property and wnt to purchase.
I'm coming from the long-term rental world and wanting to expand my portfolio. sO far the numbers look good but I want to learn more.
 
Resources such as what specifically? This forum is great for pretty much everything car wash, mainly self serve side of the industry although we do have some express guys here as well. Aside from this forum, I would say car wash conventions and networking that should pretty much have you covered.

If you want so feedback on your deal, post the specifics about it on this forum and Im sure you will get some replys.

Firstly, welcome - I hope that you find this forum helpful and friendly.

Secondly, I think you will find this forum to be very helpful. Not only for providing advice regarding the economics of a carwash business, but also the realities of what is needed to run a carwash. It certainly isn't "turn up twice a week and collect the money"!

In your opinion is cash king or should I look into commercial loans?

Cash is always king to jump on any opportunity that might arise when it arises in any economy under any conditions....just my 10 cents.

Are you asking because you are considering using cash to buy the wash or seeking a loan?
