So the wash that I bought didn't have a printer on the 4000. I got a LaserNet thinking that would do away with the need for it. It even said on their website the following:

Eliminates dependence upon printer – printer can be eliminated
https://www.pdqinc.com/store/product.asp?pID=10021

Unfortunately, Technical Support informed me this is incorrect and the LaserNet won't work without the printer. Honestly, I'm pretty upset at them as they still haven't changed the website and this is legitimate false advertising (though I would guess it is just a mistake and not intentional). Anyway, anyone have a spare one somewhere they would be willing to sell me.

I suggest calling them in the morning and tell them you setup an account online and would like to purchase that printer at the same time. I have worked with Rdm in the past especially with "tank" when we sell old cores to them.
