I am in process of renovating a 6 bay SS with 2 IBA's in south east michigan. I am doing an SBA7 loan, but looking for some additional investors. I need an additional $200k to avoid pledging my home for collatoral. I have already put $567k into the project already, we are almost through site plan. Reach out if you are interested.
If you would like to be a silent investor, reach out. I would propose equity in the project or annual profit sharing.
