Ummmmm, did you try their search engine? It's terrible, don't pay for this crud.

Just have an easy name to remember and make sure google recognizes when someone types your companies name and town in conjunction.

If you have that your internet presence is fine, well that and a polished well designed website.

Google links with their own maps, Street Views, allows customer comments and ratings, and is free.

It looks like a scam. Nothing in it (at least I couldn't find anything).
Look, Waxman, if you like you can be a member of my personal search engine and I'll do it for $300 "lifetime-and-after-death" membership.
