LED lights or laser shows in car wash

Has anyone done any light shows in their bays and if so have you notice that it help bring in more customers to the car wash. Also what did you use and could I get some picture of the different setups

I’ve wanted to do this for years!
I wanted to have special wash that was only available after it got dark out, close the doors and cut off the regular lights. Then us an FM transmitter to play a song with the light show coordinated to the music. I think DJs have an app that controls the lights without having to do any programming.
The hard part is getting lights that will survive in the wash bay

That is not a problem. You just need to open your wallet really wide for the G&G ColorWash lights.
I wanted something more elaborate than flashing colors. I’ve looked at G&G, they are really nice but the price is hard to swallow. I did have white only G&G at a wash we sold.

premier sells 8ft rgb tube lights for 250 bucks a pop, hell lot cheaper than g&g lights. they are not nearly as bright, and their app to control the light is really wonky though.

ive also had luck using novostella 100w floodlights, which is 100 bucks a pop and has better lumination than the premier rgb lights. app is very easy to use. they are cheap enough that if it dies on you after 2-3 years you can just replace them.

hope this helps.

Those are cool but I am looking for something with a little more excitement…….maybe a laser show or disco type theme
to me having a light show is a bit of a waste since the colors all kind of blur together over the suds. main question you also have to ask yourself is, "what do customers do while they're going through the wash process?" the obvious answer is most of them will be looking at their phone, not the light show. it may impress them the first time go around, but if they're a repeat customers they're not going to sit there in awe every time they go to your site, so the ROI wears off pretty quickly.

if you are still intent on having some sort of a special show, waterproof projectors are what your might be looking for.

tss sells them. i've used 40w gobo light projectors from amazon but those are single image projections.

hope this helps.

This is kind cool but after thinking about what you said i have to agree and may just some lights on the outside of the building and maybe a modern look will be better
