I have a customer who keeps getting a power failure message on their display screen. It is the older style display screen (the one that is 3" x 5" or maybe even bigger). When the power failure message happens, there is a buzzing or humming sound coming from the back side of the number touchpad, like there is a problem on the circuit board. I have unplugged and reconnected the connectors on the board, and have checked incoming voltage to the circuit board. I haven't found any votage drops.
The problem comes and goes, sometimes days between failures, then somtimes many times during a day. It does not seem to coincide with the wash being used.
does anyone have any keypads for sale or any suggetsions on what to try next? thanks.
