I have been having an issue at multiple locations were the Laserwash will apply the first pass of presoak and when it gets to the passengers side front of the vehicle the spray arch will not rotate but will continue to spray chemical forever. The Laserwash will not go into a fault condition. This is happening with different versions of software. We cold start the Lasermind and the problem goes away for a while. Has anyone else seen this problem?

You will have to do a cold start on the cpu to get it to stop.
The job stack is not clearing for some reason, I have heard of this, we did change the lasermind software for this on the latest rev.
From the people i have spoken to doing a cold start will clear the problem.
