Laserwash 4000 ‘mine’ board

Just wondering if anyone knows what this is? I can’t find anything about it anywhere, but somebody told me it’s an integral part of the machine and they’re trying to source one.
 
... guess my problem by reading my mind and imagining what unknown item I am looking at...

please post a photo of whatever item it is that is the issue

Do you mean a LaserMinder? That would be a version 20.0C chip for the A-5000 controller. You can still get them from PDQ.

eckert16 is right, a picture would help.
 
Thanks for those replies, I think it’s just the Lasermind controller itself that sits on the back of the door to the computer in the plant room. Will confirm this. If so, are they still available from PDQ as well? The correct name for this part is ‘Lasermind controller- A5000’, but they’re not available where I am.
