Laserwash 360 delay when unloading

It's under the advanced tab on one of the drop downs. And I think you may need to log in as a tech not owner to get access to it. It basically is a measurement in mm of where the sonic is looking to see input. And I think it's a 300mm buffer. So if the floor is literally 2200 mm from the sonic you'd set the upper setting to 1900 and the lower to 2500. To make them more accurate.
I also looked and verified measurements. Thank You!

Not sure if you have but you can also adjust the distance settings on the sonics . I've found that some washes depending on the height of the bridge to floor are just barely within the parameters for reading the floor. And need to be adjusted to real dimensions.
This was the answer! sonics were not properly set. Now we have no unloading problems and better accuracy on the back up sensors.
THANKS FOR THE HELP!
Mike

How rough is the bay floor/concrete under your bridge at Home position? Mine was really rough and was holding soapy water after each wash. Once I ground it smooth and water was able to run off of it a little better the sonics saw the ground more clearly and my problems were solved. It was causing different issues, but definitely makes a difference.

Epoxy finish
We got it fixed. New set of ultrasonics and then the CORRECT settings. I thank everyone on this forum. It seems to be easy as we look back but the obvious was missed. newhampshiretech was dead on! One in the lesson book!
