Laser 4000 with Airlift XRS doors intermittent problem

So we have a Laser 4000 (virtual treadle) with the Airlift XRS doors and an ACW4. Wondering if anyone else has had an intermittent problem like this. The wash will operate as normal. When the wash bridge hits the midlimit flag the exit door opens, then the driers turn on shortly after. We have a short bay so our driers mounted on the outside. The vehicle proceeds through the driers as normal but when the tail end of the vehicle crosses the "beam" from the eyes mounted on the outside, the driers stay on until they time out. Also the exit door stays open until it times out and closes. Sometimes the ACW will read "car wash busy" until they time out and sometimes the ACW will reset with the exit door still open (driers timed out) and the next wash will proceed as normal. Anybody have any ideas or have a similar experience?
