Laser 4000 pulsating on high pressure rinse .

I notice sometimes the high pressure rinse arches really shaking and the hose is really shaking at the pumps stand. It's not for lack of water I was wondering if maybe the belt slipping. Or something else regulator, lex air,etc
Thanks

Also make sure your lex air valves are both working properly. I had low air problem was keeping both valves partially open and was shaking everything.

You could have debris in one of the pump valves or a blown valve o-ring. I've also seen a valve poppet crack in half.

Is this on HP water saver pass only or all high pressure rinse cycles ?. The reason I ask is I have had this on watersaver pass when I put a cat 3535 pump in from a general pump the cat requires 2" hose & the general comes with 1.5inch from PDQ and the cat was starving for water and pulling chemicals from danfoss valve trying to make up the difference. If your danfoss valve is bad on clear coat solinod it can happen also and effect the normal rinse cycle. I caught hell with this replacing pump seals and valves changing a lot of parts that where not the problem. let's us know what kind of pump you have just curious.

I was told from PDQ direct that the cat 3535 head/manifold holds a lot more water when started up vs the general 1541 requiring more water even though the general has more GPM I couldn't tell you all the science but it fixed my problem when I replaced the old general with a cat 3535 and other operators has told me the same thing. PDQ even makes a retro kit and the 2"inch is included in the package.I didn't get the package but it's in there. All the WashWorld pump stands I believe have 2 inch supply also and its reinforced pipe so it doesn't collapse also

Any time it's happend to me it was air entering causing cavitation. The first thing I always check is a floating foot valve.

Thanks

Sounds like You got a bad danfoss valve sucking up chemical more than likely a danfoss on HP manifold and slowing sucking it the rest of the day once primed on all washes and all chemicals mixing and the foot valve is leaking down over night back into the barrel causing your pump to jump the first car in the morning. I would definitely check them very common problem with the 4000"s.

real quik if anyones out there the low pressure solution pump i want to replace but sticker is cooked all i see is 3ph and 60hz
could someone clarify what sta rite pump this is 3/4? and maybe a link or model nmbr :)
i had a goulds 1hp i was going replace it with but running at 6hz and overloading
thanks

On my high velocity I put a Sta-Rite HP10E3-02MS3 on. That was the crossover # I was given from Sta-Rite. It wasnt the # on the machine from Washworld. But they said this is the part # to use to get off the shelf. Kleen Rite stocks it.

i tried to put a goulds 2hp on but its kicking the overload sometimes. could i put a bigger overload the goulds wants 6.5amps and overload only goes to 6.3amps with the current set up with the 1hp starite
thanks
or would i need to change the contactor too

General pump
im leaning towards the solinoid
it only happens first thing in am or if wash has been sitting idol then it ok
i just changed the two soap solenoids and couple a weeks ago
no that i think about it my issue started soon after (wonder if one of those is bad)
was having problem with my arch lex air blowing alot of air at begginging. Could the lex air valve have something to do with the shaking.
Anyways keep ya posted its real random and im never here when it happens
thanks

It's a general pump and it was the foot and solenoid on the wax .
Once filled no shaking
