Kondor KL2 Rear Butterfly Issue

Looking for ideas.
I have a Double arm Kondor we installed at our new site in November. Washed about a month without any issues. Since then have had issues with a premature rear butterfly. The machine will butterfly too soon on pickup trucks. Always first pass. Always open bed. Always the rear of the vehicle. Use to happen once in a couple weeks. Now it’s nearly once a day. Working with tech support and distributor. Have swapped sonar. Swapped Cables. Checked grounding. Changed VFDs to emit no electrical noise. Adjusted sonar. Adjusted back adder. Adjusted floor window. Running out of ideas. I think it’s a sonar issue. Especially since it’s always trucks with open beds on the first pass. Visually caught it happening today. Machine travels wayyyyy to slow over pickup bed. Like it’s thinking. Then butterflies too soon. Reset wash and ran same pickup through without a problem. Always about 12” too close so that it touches the bumper and shuts down. Tech support wants me to step down my “wild leg” of my 3 phase power. Electrician and distributor don’t think that’s the problem. Any ideas welcome. Attached a photo of dates codes and position.

Do a search for butterfly arms close on center of vehicle, Because this was talked about before.

An operator stated that he had a similar problem with the arms closing too early and he adjusted his sonar by tilting it a bit so it was not quite level.

Its not the wild leg. The issue is with the sonar. Your notes didn't mention the setting on the sonar. The universal sonars have to be configured for the equipment type using a magnet. I'm sure that was done, but mentioning it anyway. Have you tried swapping the front and rear sonar?
