Kondor Heater Not Working

Our small inversion water heater for the Presoaks and Hot wax in our Kondor isn't working properly. Water temp is at 65 Degrees and the heater feels cold to the touch. I have an alarm that says "Check Thermostat" and it wont let me clear out the code to do a reset. I called Belanger but their technical support team was lacking and said they don't have a lot of experience with these as most users don't have the inversion heater option... Any help would be appreciated. I switched the breaker over for it but no luck.

Found out their is power going to the heater element but it isn't producing heat. Anyone know where I can get just a replacement immersion heater element? Looks like Belanger has the part listed as the whole heater assembly. It is Watlow brand but cant find the specific one needed.

Might help to post of picture of the actual part you are looking for. Any part numbers on the element? Can you contact watlow directly?
