Curious what kleen rite
would do if you chargeback their mistakes, wouldn't want to lose the ability to buy from them but it is pretty crazy how much effort they make you put in to fix an issue. Seems like they hold my money ransom for months if they send me a defective product, like next time they send me broken stuff I'll pretend it works I guess, return process is probably faster.
Once I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item and sent them back but they claimed they only got like half of them back. Pretty sure I just gave up on that one after hounding them for months.
Another time they only gave me 12.5% off for the monster soap sale instead of 25% off, figured it out when quickbooks wouldn't balance. Took an ungodly amount of time to fix that as well.
