Istobal question

This is addressed to all owners & dealers of Istobal automatic carwashes. I am able to get a very good deal on an Istobal M-Start. Can Istobal machines in general wash flatbed pick-ups without being damaged. My dealer says no - only when creating a special wash program (which I don't want).
He says it cannot detect the flatbed. The side brushes would push in. Any thoughts? Mac?

I saw a flatbad with a rear ramp pull up to to a flex5 before and stopped him. His response was "I go through this wash all the time". I allowed him to proceed and watched. He was so long it did not attempt to wash the back. Having said that there are a couple of people on here that will probably be able to give a definite answer.
