You can always call PDQ tech support at 1.800.227.3373
We are open from 7:30 am -4:30 pm Mon - Fri.
We will help you to troubleshoot our (PDQ) equipment.
You can also go to www.pdqinc.com and create a user account, you will gain access to manuals for you machine, our own PDQ operator fourm, and other stuff.
You can also email tech support at PDQ at support@pdqinc.com with questions or concerns.
We also have 24 Hr 365 day per year, after hours emergency support (i.e. your machine is down)

I even found tech support for my Superior (now o.o.b.). It cost me X amount per year but has already helped me.
