Hi everyone I just joined and I’m looking for some help. I got 5 of the 5cp2120w pumps sucking water from the supply tank and the small line is our soap. It goes into a pressure sensitive unloader out to a weep gun with a 2506.0 nozzle. It seems to work fine but I also just started taking over maintenance and the setup is from 06 so it’s tough learning all this by myself so I’m asking all the experts out there. I also have two 530s running the same setup but with a 2507.0 nozzle, all of the pumps are running 1500 psi. Is there anything I should/ or can change? Also with one of the 530 pumps I tried the 2507.0 nozzle and it wouldn’t build pressure above 1000 and when I switched down to 2504.0 that we have been using for years from the previous maintenance it went back up to 1500 like it usually is. I’m assuming the issue with that is washout on the head. The whole pump room isn’t in great shape but I’m trying to limp it along as much as I can til the owners can get a new pump setup
