Is there a speaker that plays custom messages

Does anyone know how I can play a custom message on speakers in the vacuum area? I've tried searching but can't find anything. I want to play a custom message saying " Please limit 15 mins during busy hours".

Any suggestions?

You can get a Floyd Bell custom programmed to anything. Your neighbors and customers will probably hate you though. It also probably wont make no difference. Try a sign first maybe and point at it when you're there to violators. Although there is a weird human response when asking a customer to move out of a bay or vac stall that they are not using or abusing that usually ends in confrontation as if we are the bad people.
