Hello everyone! I’m in the beginning stages of looking at buying a self serve manual car wash in the houston area. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or resources for getting started. There are some locations I’ve found near me for sale and for lease, both currently operational and not. The main things I need help finding resources on are the maintenance/breakdown of what equipment is needed for the pump room, how it works, and what options there are beyond the first google results that pop up, expected startup costs, and any other useful tips and advice for getting things started. This would also be my first business so anything also applying to a first time business owner would be helpful. All responses are appreciated, thank you!
