I'm buying a wash that has 3 IBA's. 2 Laserwash G5's and one Tandem. I don't have any experience with those or PDQ equipment, and was wondering if anyone can tell me what to expect in terms or service, support, common Maintenence issues etc. They are both about 12 years old. For PDQ, is there free support you can call for help troubleshooting? Do you have to use a distributer for parts? Are the parts mostly proprietary? Can I use the Access pay stations with a different brand IBA if I upgrade? Any and all information is appreciated. Thanks.
