Info on cost

Was wondering if anyone here has recently built from ground a SS type car wash recently and would be willing to share their cost. Handful are for sale sort of near me but they are asking a lot so curious what the cost is like to compare.

First post and have been soaking up info from this forum as much as I can. Appreciate everyone's input.

New builds typically don't pencil out nowadays, there aren't many new builds as a result.

That sounds kinda low to me in my experience. Have you built recently? Things are pricey. I'm going to add another million dollars to that. I'm sure someone could cheap out and make the building out of steel, delete curbs, low flat roof, install bottom-of-the-line equipment, and so on.

The few that are near(ish) to me are 3.9m and up... was just curious what the cost difference is these days.

That is a loaded question. Some of the big factors are land values in the area and how much revenue it makes.
