i have used novostella rgb floodlights with good success in an express tunnel setting:

the app was extremely easy to use, and can synchronize colors with ease. can sync to music, timers, etc.
each of them lasted about 2 years before i had to replace them here and there, which was no issues since they were about $100 a pop -- in one of our tunnels i had lined 10 of them up on each wall (total 20).
premier also has a cheap RGB 8ft long led stick that's about $250 a pop. the app was very difficult to use though.
