You have options in your area for someone (company) to come and visit and offer insight as to a) what your area will generate in terms of through put, b) what other areas of the country are doing with ee since there are very few in your neck of the woods and c) what you would need to add.

A full retrofit may not be required, but some cleaning components, gate systems and software, and dryers may be obvious items you will need.
