Supermarkets are good. Everyone has to go there and people tend to be in a “let’s get some chores done” mentality when they are there.

I m across the street from a very popular restaurant and bar.
Works good for people that live some distance from the wash.

We have a service station (gas station) just across the road. Feels like a pretty good spot to me.

They built a credit union across from my wash. Very good for business.

I almost said laundromat, but assuming its not connected or a related business, I'd be scared they would end up taking quarters from me over time. Small risk, but one that I was thinking about.

We only dispense dollar coins at our washes so never a concern.

My other business so that I can easily take care of both and not waste time driving between them.

If I had to pick another one I would say all the above plus a walgreens or CVS; I have seen some cw locations around my city that do pretty good with one located next to them. I have a Dollar General Market that just opened up next to one location so I am curious to see if that helps business. I was trying to buy the building to put in a laundromat.
