ICS touch screen issues

Was just told by ICS that the touch screen function on our auto sentries was not functioning. Anyone heard of this problem or issues?

Did you ever get this worked out? I know its rather late but figured I would ask.

It did turn out to be the touch screen. Was not that expensive or hard to install.
